About

Who will be by your side.

Ten years of international legal practice in data protection, now concentrated on the protection of children and teenagers in the digital environment.

The practice now concentrates on one specific point: what changes when there is a child or a teenager on the other side. A minor's data is not an adult's data with one extra rule, it is a different category, and almost every privacy programme was designed as though it were not.

That is the result of a decade of international data protection practice, including governance work at large digital platforms, where the problem of children’s exposure appears in its rawest and most sensitive form.

Practice in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, moving between the Brazilian, European, Asian and North American regimes.
